HOW TO ORDER YOUR ILLUSTRATED FAMILY TREE 
 
Email the requested information below to: JanHamiltonDesign@gmail.com
Please copy the text below, insert it into your email, and then complete numbers 1-6, so nothing is left out by mistake.
 
The Title of your Tree to be showcased just below the tree base.  Example:
"The Jones and Sanders Family Tree"
A Tree Description to go below the tree title (if desired).  
This is a great opportunity to briefly describe event details of a wedding or anniversary.  You could also add a family motto, a favorite quote, or cherished bible verse. Be creative here!
Names of people on the tree. The Butterfly Botanical Tree above can accommodate up to 30 people plus pets. (If your family tree needs to hold more than 30 birds/people, please mail me at JanHamiltonDesign@gmail.com, so I can provide you with a design estimate and listing for your shopping cart).
Create a list containing the first and last name each person to go on the tree. To help group family members together, please indicate the relationship within the family and to each other, so I know how to place each family/person on the tree.
Please indicate whether each person is male (m) or female (f) so that each bird is created with a complimentary color.
Names of family pets on the tree (if desired). You can honor your pets by providing their name, if they are male or female and then if they are a dog or cat, etc. Example: Magnolia - dog (f) & Arthur -cat (m)

Ordering and Proof Process
1) Your custom artwork will take 7-10 business days to be created.
(Note: Depending upon workload, I may be available for rush jobs, so please contact me to ask)
 
IMPORTANT!! Please be very careful when providing the requested information in your email, as I use EXACTLY what you provide. 
 
2) After creation, a low-resolution watermarked proof will be emailed for your approval.
One round of minor changes are included before final approval.
If additional changes are necessary, additional charges will apply.
 
3) Upon final approval, your custom artwork will be printed and shipped within 1-3 business days

About the artwork
This archival art print is printed by a professional quality pigment ink printer. It is printed on a quality matte archival paper. Actual colors may vary slightly from those shown on your computer due to the nature of individual computer monitor settings.
 
Shipping
Your package is shipped via the UPS who quotes Standard Ground Delivery takes approximately 3 business days.  Currently shipping is only offered within the United States.
