HOW TO ORDER YOUR ILLUSTRATED FAMILY TREE - 3 steps
Step 1
Choose the size of your print from the drop down window
a)  Print size - 11"x14", includes a  1" border 
b)  Print size - 18"x24, includes a 1.5" border 
 
Step 2
Select your desired background option from the drop down window

2) Custom - See step 3 below for details

FIRST - Please copy the text below, insert it into your email, and then complete numbers 1-6, so nothing is left out by mistake.
The Title of your Tree to be showcased at the top of the tree. Example: Rita's Family Tree
Names of people on the tree. The Mother's Day Tree above can accommodate up to 30 people plus pets. (If your family tree needs to hold more than 30 people, please mail me at JanHamiltonDesign@gmail.com, so I can provide you with a design estimate.
Create a list containing the first and last name each each person to go on the tree. To help group family members together, please indicate the relationship within the family(son, daughter, grandmother, grandfather, etc.) so I know how to place each family/person on the tree.
Please indicate whether each person is male (m) or female (f) so that each bird is created with a complimentary color.
Provide the first and last name of the person(s) displayed in the heart at the top of the tree. Example: In heart - Rita (f)
Names of family pets on the tree (if desired). You can honor your pets by providing their name, if they are male or female and then if they are a dog or cat, etc. Example: Lucy (dog) Frannie & Zoey (cats) 
 
Custom Illustrated Background option 
If you choose a custom illustrated background at checkout, please include a description of the background in your email. The background could be a specific city skyline, lakeside retreat, or a favorite travel destination.
Feel free to attach a picture to your email.
Example: The skyline of Chicago, the Colorado Mountains,
a specific Coastal Beach
Note: The background I create will be an artistic silhouette or interpretation of the location, not an exact replica of your picture.  
Note: there is a design charge for customization. When you order, the price will be reflected in the Background drop-down menu.

Ordering and Proof Process
1) Your custom artwork will take 7-10 business days to be created.
(Note: Depending upon workload, I may be available for rush jobs, so please contact me to ask)
 
IMPORTANT!! Please be very careful when providing the requested information in your email, as I use EXACTLY what you provide. 
 
2) After creation, a low-resolution watermarked proof will be emailed for your approval.
One round of minor changes are included before final approval.
If additional changes are necessary, additional charges will apply.
 
3) Upon final approval, your custom artwork will be printed and shipped within 1-3 business days

About the artwork
This archival art print is printed by a professional quality pigment ink printer. It is printed on a quality matte archival paper. Actual colors may vary slightly from those shown on your computer due to the nature of individual computer monitor settings.
 
Looking for nice and affordable frame options? Check out the IKEA Ribba Frame - Article Number: 200.780.50 which comes in several colors. For a nice finished product, I recommend their 20" x 20" frame with a 4" white mat for your 12"x12" print.
 
Shipping
Each piece of artwork is packaged in a high quality tube to ensure its safe arrival to your home. Your package is shipped via the UPS who quotes Standard Ground Delivery takes approximately 3 business days. Currently shipping is only offered within the United States.
